BURLINGTON, Vermont- Celebrating its 25th year as Vermont’s leading outfitter, the Outdoor Gear Exchange is hosting a women’s leadership panel in service of increasing female leadership within OGE and throughout the outdoor industry. “Achieving gender parity in the Outdoor Industry is a benefit to all involved,” described OGE owner, Marc Sherman. “A more diverse workplace and leadership team brings clear perspective to the organization and clarity to decision making for a healthy business. It’s our goal as an organization to foster an environment of inclusivity and support.”
The panel discussion will begin at 2:15 on November 12 at the Bolton Valley Sport Center. It will feature the following executive from industry leadership and will be moderated by Kelly Ault, the executive Director of the Vermont Outdoor Business Alliance.
