Crafted with apples from Sunrise Orchards in Vermont and Dragon Orchard in Putley, UK, these ciders are pressed at the height of fall for freshness and quality, and blended with a fraction of the sugars used in other ciders on the market. The cans offer an affordable price point for artisan cider, without sacrificing the quality or complexity for which Shacksbury is known.
Shacksbury believes the best cider is made in the orchard — meaning the fruit matters above all else. The Vermont-based cidery is simultaneously planting their own orchards and partnering with growers who also celebrate the diversity of the apple — because just as fine wine requires more than your run-of-the-mill table grapes, robust cider requires more than a Granny Smith or Red Delicious.
